<p>I'm planning on applying to a bunch of safeties just to see which one will give me the most aid.
Rutgers gives merit aid based on class rank + SAT score. Do I get need-based aid on TOP of that? or is that the whole aid I'm going to get?
A full ride would be really nice.</p>
