SAIC or SFAI?....PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have been accepted to SAIC and SFAI for the fall semesters....
But I just can't seem to choose especially because I've been to both schools and I love the cities AND the schools. More because the school visits make you want to go to the school because they bring out the pros and doesn't talk about the cons...
Here's what I get from FAFSA for each schools.
SAIC:
$16,675 of pure grant & scholarship
$8,500 of loan
$26,500 of Parent Plus Loan
SFAI:
$19,095 of pure grant & scholarship
$5,500 of loan
$26,951 of Parent Plus Loan

I would like to dorm my freshman year, so looking at dorms I say SAIC is the winner, but I don't know if I'm ready to go in debt and not be able to transfer because SAIC is a credit/no credit system, and from what I heard, when you try to transfer, they'll just turn your grades into C's making it hard to transfer to good schools....If I goto SFAI, I would want to live in an apartment since my sister goes to AAU in San Fran, and live with her, but unfortunately SFAI requires undergrads to dorm their first year...my parents said hey don't care where I go, and that they will respect my choice, but I'm just really hesitant right now and unable to make the right choice...
I know overall SAIC is #2 in Fine Arts in the nation, but I can't predict what the situation will be, and if I would be able to commit all 4years of studies at SAIC.

I do love both cities and I get the gist of how the cities are...So PLEASE PLEASE help and give me some advice and good facts I may not know behind all this to make a choice. Thank you!!!!!

A lot of students transfer to SAIC sophmore/junior year. I don’t know if that helps with your decision, but it is fairly common. The difference in the money is small, so I would focus on which school has the best program for your area of interest - e.g. fashion design at SAIC is a tough but a well-recognized program.
