Salisbury School , Portsmouth Abbey School

Want to know more about those two schools. Thanks.

We just visited Salisbury last week. My son didn't think he was interested, because it is all boys but came away from the visit really liking it. The campus is beautiful. I was really impressed with how much light is in every classroom. It is situated high on the hills so the views are pretty spectacular. It is just a few miles from Hotchkiss (who is their town rival in sports).
It seems to be a very friendly school - obviously geared towards boys and sports. Very low instructor/student ratio. Impressive matricualtion. They are breaking ground on a new rink and sports facility this year. They have a beautiful chapel - it is an Episcopalian school - chapel is required once or twice a week.
We live close by and have heard nothing but good things. Hope this helps!

ha ha I think it's so funny that people actually come to RI. I can't get over it. Just be prepared if you're from like florida or something New England weather is ridiculous. Sometimes a few toes can fall off.

Portsmouth Abbey is a great school. My D atttends Cushing Academy in Massachusetts. Is graduating and was accepted EDI at Vanderbilt. Her success is due in large part to Cushing. Cushing is very supportive and she thrived there.

@leahog93--If you want real weather, come to Vermont. Rhode Island is a walk in the park!

My son did a PG at Salisbury. He had a great experience. Very close knit group of guys. Plenty of APs if that's your thing. Great athletics. And a spectacular campus.
