How competitive are freshman undergraduate admissions for those who declare themselves a "Cinema" major? I know they that they have a highly reputable Cinema Department, but I'm not sure how this is reflected at the undergraduate admissions level, and how this will affect my chances of getting accepted.

I have a 3.83 (weighted) GPA with lots of AP/Honors classes, ACT score of 30, SAT score of 1930 (But I'm taking it again in October), SAT 2: Literature score of 740, SAT 2: US History score of 740, and lots of extracurriculars, including Philosophy Club and Senior Class Vice President.

I'm also applying to UC Berkely, UC San Diego, UC Irvine, and UC Santa Cruz. I'll apply as a film major to all of the above.

If you can provide me with any advice or suggestions, that would be incredible. I tend to get very nervous about this stuff. Thank you.
