@atlmcubed275 No assumptions were made, the pictograph was drawn to scale clearly identifying NC as .75, however you CANNOT make an assumption that NC was any where from 0 - 999.

Also I chose fundamentally, because simple = basic. That’s how I reasoned it.

LOl thanks JTO but I think that is the trap the sat layed out for some people…they thought that simple was basic thus chose fundamentally here it more or less meant just…or completely…fundamentally isnt even a synonymn for simply.

Yeah you’re right I was flip flopping between solely and fundamentally and then I just went with the one I thought was most obvious which was a mistake because the obvious answer is always the wrong answer.

I put that Passage 2 presents findings that Passage 1 finds objectionable.

Idk.

And qwerty, the question was around #28. All I remember is: Several months ago Daniel… or somebody, but no comma after sev. months ago. Maybe it was my experimental, because I did have 2 writing sections.

Oh yeah that “the first passage finds objectionable an opinion that the second passage espouses” or something like that? I guessed that one but I didn’t even know what “espouses” mean (and I’m pretty sure that’s not even the word lol.)

Simply was fundamemtally. @largeblackman, you’ve got a very haughty attitude for someone who only got a 2070 and I think you’re wrong in this case too

thing is, my critical reading last time was a 700 and I only missed 4 or 5 . so I’m usually right about my hunches. Whatever, just waiting to get the results back and see that I was right and you were wrong.

NO lol it was being used in a matter that was saying this is just NOT going to work. simply= merely, just, only in this case not basically, maybe, kind ofThe SAT is absolute. Argue with me if you must but I know my english language.

Missing 4 or 5 leaves you no room to have such an absolutist, omniscient attitude. Try to push these other kids around if you want but you’re not bullying anyone into believing your extremely assumptive answers.

I’m pretty sure that “espouses” and “objectionable” were used in the same answer choice since I had trouble with that question. Oh well. Do you remember the other word that espouses/objectionable actually went with?

I had 2180 in Jan, 2230 in March, and hopefully I’ll improve at least another 50 points this time. I know I’m capable of getting an 800 in math, but I just don’t think it’ll happen (again), so I’m hoping for an improvement in my reading.
