I’m sorry bro but you’re not really proving anything by saying that… because if it was .8 full 4.15/5 is still like .83 and the sat is never that precise my friend.

Oh that one too! Is it the family’s insistence that they gathereD or insistence that they gather?

The other one I don’t remember much. It started: “several months ago” and it continued with somebody did something. But no comma after the prepositional phrase. i think it was #28. If you don’t remember, it may have been my experimental section.

Extreme (childlike?) interest for the children looking at the fight?

Hmmm, it was insistence on…you can’t insist that…

Hmm, I put close attention. For me it was a toss-up between childlike amusement and close attention.

Oh, and alargeblackman might remember this one. The first passage about colleges, what rhetorical method did the author employ? Was it analogical reasoning or repetition?

yeah extreme was the answer…

the “several” months ago shouldnt be the experimental because i only had 2 writing sections a 35 and a 14, and the “several months ago” was on my 35

I put repetition, and idealistic…and close attention

did anyone else have passages on a telescope? higher learning? something about sphinx? im trying to figure out which was my experimental section. i know it has to be a reading.

and realistic… recent discovery- telescope…

@himichelle: Yepp, I had that one. I had the most trouble with that section and it was in the 35.

the experimental one was probably the Kid who enjoyed being lost and all that…

i don’t remember anything about a kid being lost lol

wait how is the telescope one a recent invention? i was going to put that but it didnt say anything about how it was recently invented at the time the story took place :/

@alargeblackman: Which one was that? I really don’t remember that section…

i know there was like 2 short passages about the library…and then something about spices?

Yepp, I liked the spices one. I thought it was very easy to follow. On the other hand, the library passage gave me some trouble.

…i honestly couldn’t tell if the author was being dramatic or ironic…

Well I’m waiting for a better answer on the recent invention one.

the answer to that math question was 50pi-96
