<p>I took the SAT II writing test in Jan. and scored a lot higher than I thought I would (730). I'm a junior and i took the old SAT and got a 1360, but i want to take the new SATs also. If i took the new Sats and sent in that score instead of the old sat, can i use writing as one of my sat 2s?</p>

<p>all ur scores are sent when u send a score report. You cant hold back scores.</p>

<p>yea i understnad that, but do i need to take another 3 sat II's not including writing?</p>

<p>You have to check the individual college - some want 3 II's plus the New SAT, other want 2 II's plus the New SAT.</p>
