took the old SAT, how does it work?

i took the old SAT, so does that mean i require 3 SAT IIs?
i have score for M, V, W, bio, and IIc
but since i took the old SAT I, would the Writing count as an SAT II? and then i can skip my Bio score?
i know when the score is sent everything is sent, so... just a thought

did you take the new SAT also?

with the new SAT, you only need two SAT IIs because writing counts as one. i'm sure if you took the old and the new you'll be fine if you only took 2 SAT IIs. you can always call the admissions offices though.

oh you have no choice but to send ALL of your SAT scores. they will see all of them.

It depends on the college how many SAT IIs you need...

Some want old SAT and 3 subject tests, some want new SAT and 3 subject tests. Some accept the old writing, others don't. Check with whereever you're applying.

Some also take the ACT and....that's it!

But we know what east coast schools think of THAT...

a) it depends on the college whether you need sat iis at all and b) i took the old sat and my writing sat ii was considered a separate sat ii; this was for mit, though; i'm sure columbia or bryn mawr or any random lac might look askance at that.
