SAT a fourth time?

So I'm in quite a dilemma here. I want to re-take the SAT one last time in December since it's the last SAT that UC's accept and because I'm still not satisfied with my scores.

UC GPA: 3.9
SAT First time: 1650 (Trial run, I had no idea what I was doing)
SAT Second: 2000 (Only did like 2 sections of Writing as prep)
SAT Third: 2060 (Did 2 weeks of math studying, rose that score by 80 points, rose 20 in CR, but somehow lowered my writing score by 40)

I'm planning on applying to all the UC's but I'm afraid if I take it a 4th time, they'll use that against me. Will they?

Additionally, I think I focused too much on studying Math for my 3rd SAT (I took no practice tests...just math sections). I feel like I "forgot" how to do the Writing sections. However, I'm planning on getting my writing score back up, maintaining my math score, and maintaining my CR score by taking FULL SAT Practice tests throughout the month. Will this likely get me up to my goal of 2100+?

Too be perfectly honest with you

I think you fcked yourself over by trying 3 times already… 4th time is… Excessive…

3 times, I have been told is the absolute max and that it is already pushing it.

I say no, but do it if you really think you can pull a 2300+ out of it to redeem yourself.

Taking the sat as a “practice run” for a real score is really a stupid move unless you’re in middle school.
