When should I send my SAT/ACT score reports? My application deadline is Nov. 1, but I haven’t sent my scores yet. Is this alright?

Also, is there a way to send the ACT without the essay score?

You should send them now and you cannot separate your ACT essay score if you are sending that test date’s scores.
