SAT/ACT Wrist Watch?

I plan on taking the SAT in 2 weeks and need to buy a silent wrist watch with timer. Can you recommend any timer I should purchase that is easy to start and has big, clear numbers? Thanks!

Just get any old watch and keep track of the time. You should be able to comfortably complete and review each section in the allotted time; don’t overthink it. Seriously, when I took the SAT, I finished each section with at LEAST 5+ minutes left. Just keep track of it.

If you really (I mean REALLY) feel the need to keep track of it, I’m sure Casio or someone makes a digital wristwatch with a stopwatch/timer function. Oh well.

As long as you know how long each section is, it is easy to quickly determine how much time you have left. This is what was suggested to me when I took the bar exam many moons ago. HTH

I just bought an old kids watch from the dollar tree. It was silent with no alarm, and big bold letters because it’s for kids… ha! Honestly, you don’t really need an alarm… Even without keeping track I always had time to go back and check over my answers… Although, it may help to look at your watch when your proctor says you may begin, and estimate twenty-five minutes (or whatever the time limit is) ahead, and then write that time on the top of the section… I did that each section and it really helped…
