SAT and ACT Scores

I took the SAT in October and got a 2250. I decided to take the ACT this month just for the heck of it, but am kind of regretting it now because I haven't really had a chance to study and have only gotten a 29 and a 32 on practice tests (I used the Barron's book). Are there any colleges that would require me to send my ACT score in addition to my SAT score, or is it okay if I just don't send my ACT score? At this point it is too late to just not take the ACT. Unless I get a 34 or higher, I am reluctant to send colleges my ACT score. Are there any schools that require ALL test scores and would require me to send my ACT score?

A few colleges (UPenn for example) require all scores. Most don’t. That said if you think you’ll do poorly don’t take the test. Your 2250 SAT is a strong score (99 percentile). You should be able to cancel at the last moment.

Would a poor ACT score negatively affect my application, or will colleges like UPenn see my SAT score and be okay with it?

In addition, on the ACT website it states “If you would like us to delete your scores for a particular test date from our records, you must request it in writing. Provide us with your name and home address, and we will mail you a form to complete and return to us. We will then permanently remove your record for that test date from our files. All scores from that test date will be deleted.”

Does this mean even after I see my scores, if I am unhappy with it, am I able to delete the score without penalty?
