sat biology E and M

okay, so i got a 700 on biology E (83percentile) and my friend go 700 on biology m (69percentile). I assume (not sure) that my score is better. Can anyone weigh in on this, or do colleges only care about score?

No your score isn't better; you and your friend scored the same. Your percentile says that you scored better than 83 % of Bio E test takers, while your friend scored better than 69% of Bio M test takers. I think the disparity is bc most people who take Biology M typically perform better (get higher scores), but I'm not sure...

I agree with koolmaria139 - I also heard something about bio M test takers performing better than bio E takers, resulting in a lower percentile range for the same score. And the colleges usually care only about the score, so as far as the admission officers are concerned, ur 700 is the same as ur friend's 700.
