after which sections do u get a break?

I think it depends on the proctor and the test site, but I might be wrong.

after second section is 5 min, I think 4th section is one min, and 6th section is 5 min. Not too sure though...

Here is the breaks that are in the instructions in the Barron's book: it says to give one minute break between section, and 10 minute breaks after section 3 and 7. This is not the same as what the real SAT had. If i remember correctly there was not even a minute break in between some sections. There were like a one minute break and a five minute break. Both of them occurred after sections 3 and 7, but i do not remember in what order.

"I think it depends on the proctor and the test site, but I might be wrong."

That is false because the SAT is a standardized test with set rules that can not be changed by the proctor.

"after second section is 5 min, I think 4th section is one min, and 6th section is 5 min. Not too sure though..."

Those breaks are too close together in my opinion.
