SAT Chemistry Questions

Dear CC,

I have just taken the SAT Chemistry subject test on 6/1/13, and I don't feel like I've done very well.
At home with Barron's, my score have been 650, 720 and 750, but I feel as though this past test was difficult.
The date to cancel scores is 6/5/13, and so I need to decide quickly whether or not I should cancel my scores.
My questions are:
If I want to apply to colleges that don't have the superscore rule (where you choose your best scores and send them), does having a <700 score look really bad?
If I do cancel this score, my only other choice for SAT subject tests is Math II and -maybe- Bio E/M (a far stretch is Spanish, but I highly doubt I can take SAT Spanish), and so should I just wait out the score and hope for the best so I don't limit my subject tests range?
Thank you, and I really do need quick replies by wednesday so please help, it's very appreciated!

For subject tests, the schools may have different rule than their SAT1. Even for schools that do not superscore or allow score choice for SAT1, they may look at your best 2 subjects or accept score choice. After all, SAT2 scores have much less weight in the evaluation process.
