Hey can anyone reccomend a really good sat prep class in the west la area? thanks

I would suggest studying by yourself. If you really need a class, I hear something all the time about “Elite” or whatever.

You’re going to get a lot of responses urging you against a prep course, though sometimes, you really ought to take one.

TestMaster’s is pretty intensive, and really drills you down hard with SAT problems. I’d recommend that if it’s available in your area. Other than that, it really depends on the teacher rather than the brand. Many teachers are lazy and incompetent, and can provide little to no actual knowledge. Others are awesome, and really instill the mindset in you. Other than sitting in a trial class or asking others who’ve taken that specific course in your area, there’s no way of knowing for sure if you’re going to get that right teacher.

I did the Princeton Review course, and it did help me, but if you do take a course the main thing is that you need to follow the strategies that are taught and keep up with all the work. The classes and the methods are designed to help you, so in order to gain maximum utility, follow the class methods! Good luck!!

I say study on your own cause you can do your own time schedule and stuff
