Does anyone agree with me that inventor getting a patent makes the most sense??!? Barabara is able to speak for the first time in front of people, it’s like she Finally got a patent! after years and years of inability to do so she is finally able to. It’s like she has the right to now? Does anyone even see where I’m coming from? How the heck was it not win over?? Why was it secure??

I got inventor as well. That, however, was a SENTENCE completion. Don’t confuse that with the Barbara Johnson passage. What was the question which had secure/win over as answers?

wait… @bob its not a sentence completion… i know the inventor one you are talking about, but the option to the barbara question also dealt with inventors/patents…
also, i strongly thought that the answer to the puppet question was “stays true to puppetry”? the author of passage 1 said how puppets were not for kiddish play but for political/social means to educate people… so wouldnt passage 2 support passage 1? (passage 2 was about an african tribe who still uses puppetry to show tribal, social messages or something like that). so i put that passage 2 would show the true use of puppetry described in passage 1…

also, @bob, i dont think that question gave a line limit to the question… i think it was talking about overall… passage 2 clearly supported what was said in passage 1. i think you looked too much into it. also, im pretty sure you and chinaboy are talking about two different questions. chinaboy, are you referring to the qeustion “how would americans respond to the use of puppetry in passage 2?” the answer to that (i put) was “surprised by the use of puppetry” or something like that.,

Passage 2 clearly supported what was said in passage 1? Passage 1 discussed puppetry without any political references.
In response to your answer “also, i strongly thought that the answer to the puppet question was “stays true to puppetry”?” The line reference in Passage 2 was to the tribes giving puppet shows to children, which was something the Author of Passage 1 would NOT approve of. Seems like you’re contradicting yourself.

i personally agree with anonymousx37 on those 2

however, i forgot exactly which choice i put for the “how would americans respond to the use of puppetry in passage 2?”…but surprised seems like a good answer. @anon do you remember other choices?

So did anyone get that passage i would think that passage 2 is satirical or something funny…

@bob, im sure that there was no line reference. but since youre not willing to talk and be dogmatic about it, theres no point in convincing you otherwise.
@ibelieveso unfortunately i dont remember :(

You can order the Answer Score sheet service if you’d like. It gives you an exact copy of the test excluding the experimental sections.
I’m not willing to talk? haha I’m pretty sure discussing on this forum counts as talking.

i should have ordered it, but now its too late isnt it?

and, @bob, im not trying to offend you but you remind me of my friend (in real life, not on CC hahahaha). everytime, he asks me for help and my insights, but then doesnt even listen to what i have to say and does whatever he wants. ex)

him: “what’d you get for #4?”
me: “i got 82. shows him how i got it”
him: “thats not how you do it. that cant be right. are you sure? that doesnt even make sense”
me: “why the hell do you even bother asking me if youre not even gonna listen?”

so yea. you’re talking, but not listening.

anonymousx: well…may be they were expecting some answers that “make more sense”…
and i think its nature for ppl trying to find someone who agrees with them…so when they meet somebody who doesn’t agree with them, they would be mad and refuse to listen that person

so critical reading has been my issue… and i just got the Maximum SAT (good book for strategy) but i do not get the answers to their drills and passages r so hard??? what to do??? does anyone have a resource that has the explanations…
i have started to panic considering the fact that I am not able to understand the passages

LOL you guys think I’m mad over discussing SAT answers? You guys are simply overreacting to my replies. If I was totally ignoring what you were saying, why would I even bother reply? That just doesn’t make sense. loooooooool
cool story about your friend bro, why is he your friend anyway if you detest his behavior so much LOL

he’s obviously NOT my friend. what should i introduce him as? “guy #1” “someone annoying” ? its just a lot easier to say friend.

@anonymousx37
You: “but you remind me of my friend (in real life, not on CC hahahaha)”
another contradiction, nice!
how about classmate? nice word choice bro.

does anyone has the correct answers for all the CR questions?

^which test?

this test of course I know this is last year but I still want to know if the answers are available (:
