Sat critical reading

In the passage based questions is it advisable to first read all the questions then find them in the passage? In my last sat I read the passage first and completely messed up my scores! Any tips??

From reading a few guides on here like silverturtle’s he recommended reading the questions that require you to refer to a certain line or sentence first. I tried this and it helped a lot.

He said to read those questions first and mark it or underline them, then go back and read the passage quickly and efficiently then when you get to the marked sentences, read it slowly and absorb the info and see if you can answer the question that refers to that line.
