SAT dilemma

May I now when do they need the Nov test scores for ED decisions..My scores came out late and CB hasn't sent them to Columbia.. I faxed them during thanksgiving and the office was not open on friday.. is it too late already?

^to make things clear, I faxed Columbia my scores during thanksgiving and when I called the office on friday, it was not open.. So if I call them on monday for confirmation.. is it too late already? Since the results will most likely come out on the Dec 6..

............

I don't think it's too late. Don't worry. There must be many people like you in the same situation.

My counselors advised me not to take the November test for early action or decision programs back in August so I don't know, sorry.

I'm in the same situation as you. I sent my SAT scores to Columbia twice, but on my application tracking page it still says "No Tests On File". I will be calling the office as soon as it opens on Monday about this matter.

I, on contrary, took the Nov tests and the results show as received at Columbia website. I don't think faxing will help, they need to pull them out from the official "tape" - that's what they call it on my app. It has taken them a week to process my SAT:Reasoning scores in October and they say it's ok to take SAT in Nov, thus I wouldn't worry much.

^did they immediately process your nov scores?

eclecticist- what does it say on your CollegeBoard organizer, does it say scores sent or scores pending?

My scores have Date Processed: 11/02/07 and 11/19/07. My application tracking page still says no SAT scores so I don't know what the problem is.

Can any Columbia senior posters tell me when do they need the SAT scores for ED?
