Sat Essay question.(no essay)

Just wanna ask two simple questions.

In academichacker's post, he didnt mention his examples in the intro.Should I?

Mike, the runner of PWNthesat website, says that writing in my essay that my claim(thesis)is unequivocally correct is wrong because you can't say that one side is right and the other is wrong. One should say that one side is generally wiser, for example.Do writers examine that critically your essay. Btw, I saw in one of 12 essays shared by collegeboard that a person used "Without any doubt, thesis".

Any suggestions?

Any help?
