So I plan to write my SAT essay for the the 9th with
-2-3 sentence intro with thesis at end
-2 body paragraphs
-2 sentence conclusion
However, using this method I have been filling out the whole 2 pages.
I do use topic sentences and transitions.
I try and go indepth and explain my examples thoroughly.
Usually I have 1 historical example and 1 personal or sports example.
Does this method look like I have a good shot at getting a score of 10? a 9?

Depends on how well you write everything I guess. Structure doesn’t count for everything on an essay, so make sure your content is good and supports your thesis well. Trust me, the structure of your essay isn’t what’s going to keep you from getting a 12. My friend’s 12 essay only had a cursory conclusion added to the end of his 2nd paragraph, which was basically an extension of his first. His first body paragraph was awesome, although his 2nd one was lacking in persuasion a little bit, but he managed to get a 12 anyways.

What does everybody else think?

^^I agree. Structure doesn’t really matter…just make it good.
