In an effort to ensure the overall integrity and untarnished reputation of our fine organization, we will, in a concerted effort with Interpol and the CIA, especially focus on disrupting the hitherto uninterrupted flow of illegal test materials that are being distributed and sold by members of the 14K Triads and the South Korean Nuke Boys (SKNB).”</p>
