SAT I --- oct. / nov. / dec. best month?

hi im a senior and i wanna try one more sat test
before i turn my application in
i know there arent much differences among different months' sats
but i just want to take every positive chance!

considering curves and usual outcomes,
which month is best to take it? (among oct/nov/dec)

It doesn't matter. I think that the curves are predetermined.

The curves are based on the difficulty of the test. So harder questions will have an easier curve, so it really doesn't matter when you take it.

yeah, it doesn't matter. depends on difficulty.
but ,from what I've seen, October is the best time to take it. but that may not always be the case though.

thanks guys!
oh "stuck on 1700" your name makes me sad :( ahah
good thing i broke that loong time ago. and im pretty sure you did too.. right?
yea anywayy thanks for your help!

As a matter of fact, I did. Now i wish I had picked a different screen name..oh well.

and, you're welcome. :)

But I thought all SATs are supposed to be of the same difficulty? After all, aren't they all "standardized" tests, meaning everything must be standardized and balanced within the same level of difficulty?

Oh, and "stuck-on-1700" you can always get a new account for free, you know.

they may be standardized but some questions are harder than others if you compare several tests. They can't be of exactly the same difficulty.

and, i would do that but i have 1,135 posts and I don't want to go all the way back to zero.
