Sat i really want 2300

Yeah so basically I have the test on Saturday. I am a junior and this will be my first swing at it...

I have gotten 2300 ONLY ONCE (and it was a flat 2300) on a college board type exam, my other scores were 2200+ but not quite 2300...

At this point I will need A LOT of luck to get a 2300...

And I'm considering this first sitting a practice session as I do not expect to score a 2300.

Some of my problems:
I get 800 on math consistently.
My critical reading score has varied but is generally in the 730-760 range
My pitiful writing score is barely breaking 700 (and is often at 680 or 690) with a 10 essay.

How can I improve my score? I have improved over the summer (by like 200ish points). At this level, however, I feel my score is not budging...

Like I said I feel like this won't be my only bout with the SAT (although I REALLY hope I can tear it up my first try...), so how long do you guys suppose I should wait before I have another shot at it?

Stop complaining. Everybody wants something… not just you

I don’t know what planet you’re from but a 2000+ SAT score on your first try as a Junior is a very, VERY, good start. You still have 2-4 test dates left so just do practice exams every Saturday and review them. I know school demands a lot of homework, tests, projects, etc… so do a section a day on the week days. Trust me, I was like you. I worried constantly, looked up all the SAT guides, bought countless books and in the end it’s just practice bro. Buy the SAT college board book and the online course and go through all the material. Remember, each minute you spend on this website worrying is a minute wasted on your SAT practice.

Whoa! When did a 2200+ did not become enough? :o
anyway, my best wishes. Keep calm and test well.

If your score isn’t budging after so many practice tests, you might just have to accept that this is where you are.
