I am curious: how do people's SAT I Scores compare with thier SAT IIs? Are they usually stronger, or are they generally weaker? I'm interested to see what scores people got on each.

I'm pretty sure SAT II scores are usually higher, but the percentiles are usually lower on SAT IIs.

Mine are in the same range: 800 on Bio, 780 on USH compared to a 800 CR and a 740 W. I suck at math, and didn't take a Math SAT II, and so can't compare there.

my SAT IIs are lower

SAT2s you have to study for. So there isn't really too much of a comparison. Although people who are smart and do well on the SAT1 will probably not do TOO bad on SAT2s.

My SAT IIs are pretty solid but my SAT I score sucks

I am definitely expecting my SATI to be much lower. I'm surprised that most people do better on the I than thier IIs! maybe it's that evil math section...

SAT I: 2130 (retook them, hopefully better)
SAT IIs: 2180 (2 excellent scores, one really bad one)

In general, assuming one prepares for them, SAT IIs should be higher since they percentiles for good scores are much lower for SAT IIs than for SAT Is in most subjects.

Sat I: 2180- 800M, 680CR, 700W
SAT II: 2370- 800 Math Level 2, 800 Physics, 770 US History

I found the SAT II's to be much easier!

SAT IIs are probably higher, if only because you can choose to take them in subjects which come easily to you.

I don't have my SAT II results back yet (from June) but considering I finished the French in 35 minutes and the Lit in 45, I'm expecting comparable scores to my SAT I (800/760/730).
