SAT I vs SAT II?

The January test is my last chance to improve any scores, since my December tests came back much worse than I thought they'd be. My scores are:

730 CR, 720 M, 700 W

SAT II: Physics - 610, Chemistry - 670, Math II - 690

These are all pretty bad scores, but I just wanted to know which ones would be more important to improve. I'm thinking that if I plan on doing engineering, that physics score definitely needs to change, but my SATs are really, really low...

My best ACT cumulative was 33, but I think that falls into pretty much the same range as the SAT scores...

With that being said, which test should I take in January?
Thanks in advance!

Retake the SAT II’s. I took SAT Physics in 8th grade (before actually taking Physics) and using common sense I got a 650.
