SAT I vs SAT IIs

Here's the deal:
I have 650 SAT I math and i am quite disapointed with that score (i'm quite good with math actually)

Then i just got 690 for Math IIC and 680 for physics. Not outstanding scores either.

Now, the question is which one should i retake in December. My writing/reading scores are fine (i'm int'l). Just based on those scores, which one would you say the colleges would favor.

I am guessing i would score above 700 on SAT I and perhaps over 750 on IIC (don't know for physics, but probably 700+).
Thats based on the fact that i didn't study for SAT II's (so physics is gonna go up significantly, since i didn't remember lots of stuff at the time) and now i got a practice book for math so that will do as well.

I am particularly concerned with math. Would colleges, if they see a good score on the SAT II, think that i just had a bad day on SAT I or something?

Thanks
