percentiles were a little weird tho. i got a 97% with a 770

No, you didn't. I got a 770 and it was 93%.

I got 800, which is what I expected. Anyone who took AP Bio probably scored well because it was great prep for the SAT II exam.

740 H (M)

5 on AP Biology

@aa6590

Sorry, did you take ecology? If so, that explains the percentile differences.

690 (H). I took E.

I don't know what I got on the AP yet, but it especially depresses me that I was this close to a 700. Which isn't THAT great, either, but it's better than a 690. :P

Grrr.

750S (on M)

I expected a little higher than 750 before taking the test, but after looking at the questions I thought I would probably be in the low 700s. I'm satisfied with my score but I realize I could've done a little better.

I took an Honors Biology course this year but it didn't cover much of what was on the test. Most of my knowledge came from about two months of self studying PR and Kaplan. I've never taken AP Bio but I probably will senior year.

Anyone gonna retake it? This was my 2nd time taking it. I took it in 9th grade after honors got a 680 and now in 11th grade after AP I got a 740. Do you think I should give up or give it another shot?

No, it's a good score and the material is fresh right after AP biology, so you don't have that good of a chance of getting higher.

how about 710? would anyone retake that? (I already took ap bio this yr)

SAT II scores of 700+ are good enough for any school. And, even a 650+ won't keep you out of any school.

Oh, that's good to hear.

690s are still annoying, though. :P

740 Thats expected as I screwed up the chromosome problem set which sets me off 5 pts. According to the Princeton Review curve, that means 1 pt = 10 pts, which means I should've gotten 790 if I had gotten them right.
