I got about maybe 18-20 wrong on the Barron's test. What would my score be like on the real test?

Figure 9-10 wrong on the real one, which in the Real SATII book is 780...+- 20 points so about a 760-800

9-10 wrong is a 780? No way...

yea 9 wrong is not a 780

more like a 650-720

Its not a 780, but it certainly isn't a 650. I'd say it is pretty close to a 760. It's curved you guys. Look at the college board site and check the percentiles.

9 wrong is definetly lower than a 760.

Ok, so to get 800 you have to basically ace the test.

I have the curve from the Real SATII book sitting right in front of me, and 9 wrong (-11 raw) IS a 780.

Really? That curves easier than IIC!

Then how come only like 3% get an 800?

8 wrong, you get 800 i think.

The scores are lower on it because most people take it after only 1 year of chem, when the test covers more than your average 2 year chem program (chem+ap chem)
