<p>I'm thinking of taking Math II and World History in Jan., but with my current scores, would I pretty much be put out of the running for admission?</p>
<p>It all depends on the rest of your package: SAT I or ACT scores, transcript, letters of recommendation, essay, extracurricular activities etc.</p>
<p>Everything besides my GPA (3.75 UW) and my SAT II scores are excellent (SAT I scores are average, actually - 2220). I have somewhat of a hook, but I don’t know how much it’ll help me…</p>
<p>There used to be no World History in Jan. Only in Dec and June. Has this changed? You should check before you study for the test!</p>

<p>I wouldn’t say you’re out of the running at all. As said before, the rest of your application is what counts, then.</p>

<p>Hmmm…would it make a difference at all if I took World History and Math II and got 750+ in both? Or would the difference only be slight?</p>
