SAT II Importance/Early Action or Regular Decision?

Hi, I believe I have decent chances at Stanford with my stats profile. I won't go into detail. I want to go into engineering, specifically computer science. My Math scores aren't too great, so my SAT II Math Level 2 Score is awful for Stanford. I have a 710 in Biology, and i know they recommend 1 math and 1 science. I don't think I have enough time to be able to actually study math level 2 to get a good score, It's very difficult for me. Also I need to study for the SAT itself, and I can only take 1 of those 2 since the last acceptable date for Early Action SAT is October. Should I apply Early Action or take both tests again and do Regular Decision, since I have until November then? Because I don't think I can really get my Math Level 2 Up. Is it really that important? Is Regular Decision harder to get into than Early Action? Because it seems that way..like they put more time in Early Action to review everything than in Regular Decision. Thanks.

Early action will help because they have more time to review everything. But no matter, if I were you I would put my best foot forward regardless of REA or RD. If you think you can improve your test scores I would wait for RD. Missing out on REA isn’t that big a deal.
