I have a question, on saturday, may 7th im taking the math IIc SAT and i dont feel ready for it. im in a regular pre calc class and we're done with trig and my teacher says ill do fine and its better to take the IIC rather than the IC. Should i just take it and then just cancel my scores right after if i feel bad about them? What is a good score, if im looking to go to colleges with avg. SAT scores of 1200 (old SAT)? please, someone, help!!

Please!!!!!!! Help Me!!!!!!!

another question..... would it be bad to keep my scores and then have bad ones, or would it be better to cancel my scores and not take that chance

How are you determining whether you are ready or not? There are some online websites, such as Sparknotes, that show the topics covered on the exam. It might be wise to take a look to see how much you know solidly. Math IIC only covers up to PreCalc, so in that aspect, you should be ready. (However, there maybe limits on the exam, which you might not have learned yet.)

If your feeling of unreadiness is from reading/taking exams from the Barron's Math IIC book, then don't worry about it. (That book covers some concepts that aren't tested on the Math IIC.)

Why don't you spend most of Friday taking tests.

If there are 10 to 15 questions that you do not know the answers to even without the time pressure, then you should consider taking the math1c on saturday.

But if you just need review, or to speed up then take the math2c because it has a more generous curve.
