Which do you recommend me to take? SAT II Physics or Chem?

I've already finished 2 years of Chemistry and while I'm still in my second year in Physics.

I heard that Physics curve in more generous and know for the fact that the exam is more straightforward unlike Chemistry's, with all its T, F and CEs. But I've bought Barron's prep books and heard that in Chemistry, Barron's could help you but definitely not in Physics. Those are my only resources, so if my prep book has a history of screwing people, then I'm screwed too.

And also, which subject test do colleges prefer?

Physics is very straightforward, with a beautiful curve.

Get an easier review book (like princeton review or kaplan), do that entirely, then do the whole barrons book, that's what i did (after 1 year of AP physics B), and i got 790.

For someone like you, with good preparation in both subjects, I would expect the easier curve in Physics to give you a better score than Chemistry.

The best way to get sense for your real score is to take a real test. Go to your local public library, check out the "Real SAT IIs" book, try both Chem and Physics, see which one you score higher on.

I took AP Phys C Mechanic two yrs ago and got a 4 on that one, I'm fairly good at mech but i never studied and therefore know jack about electricity and magnetism. I also took Chem 2 yrs ago and got 3 on the AP. Based on ur experience how much E&M is there on SATII Physic? is it possible to selfstuy that for the nov test?
