SAT II Physics vs. AP Physics B

<p>So what are the differences between the Physics SAT Subject Test vs. the AP Physics B test? I haven't done much calculus based physics but I have done well on the SAT Subject Test for Physics. I'm currently no longer taking physics, is it possible to just study a little bit more and review for the AP Test and still make a 4 or 5? How much are the two similar?</p>
