Are they similar? Or is one harder than the other?

(I have a review book for AP, and I'm considering using that for prep... so what would you say?)

AP Physics B is harder than SAT Physics IMO. After doing AP Physics B in May, June's SAT was a breeze. Except that AP Physics has more long questions while... SAT is MCQ. Haha.

really? i got a 4 in AP Physics B test, but a 660 on the SAT II. Maybe it was because of the nuclear physics and electricity: basically, all the second semester stuff killed me, since i didnt know it at all

Iildimsum7, I think a 4 on the B test is pretty much equivalent to a 660 on the SAT ii Phys. You can get a helluva lot of questions wrong and still get an 800 :)

prove it then; my cousin got a 4 and got a 740 at one time; my friend got a 2 and got a 690; tests can vary

Thanks for the reply!

I forgot to mention, I only meant the MC part for AP Physics to be compared to the SAT II (since there's no free response on the SAT II)
