SAT II subject test advice?

Hello, I am a sophomore in high school. I took AP World History last year and have just finished taking the AP European History course/exam. I have three weeks until SAT subject tests and was advised to wait until the end of Euro to take the World History SAT subject test. I am definitely taking the Chemistry subject test and am scoring about a 690/700 on practice tests and would like to receive a 750 or above. I just took a World History practice test out of the Kaplan book and received a 500. Do you think it is worth it to take the World History subject test? Is it possible to boost up my score 250 points in the next three weeks? I felt that I barely remembered anything at all from last year's material.

To me, it isn't worth taking the subject tests unless I receive a 740 or above. My major concern in not taking the world history test was that I would like to be a finance major and am only concerned with having one history subject test (US history next year).

Please help??

I’m not sure how reliable Kaplan’s is for practice tests, but that score is pretty low. If you have an official College Board test, that would be much more useful in gauging your current ability to score well on an actual test. If you don’t have an official test, either purchase one, or proceed to the CB website and try the practice problems for World History. Use those to see if you’re doing well knowledge-wise.
