i was considering on taking SAT II math level 2 and chemistry for my 2 subject test but i am not sure if i am ready. i just finished pre-cal my junior year and i took regular chemistry which i seemed to excel in.with lots of studying ( i am speaking 2 months of straight up studying ) do u think i can get a 700-750 ..i also took AP french and i would take that SAT subject test for french but i plan on going into engineering so i don't think it would be a great idea to take a language subject test instead of a science subject test... help what are my options !?

PS :i suck at history and English so those subject test are not even an option ...neither is physics because i haven't taken the class yet and neither is bio because i am taking AP bio my next academic year so it will be too late

You should deff do Math II and Chem, cuz if you reviewed over the summer you would deff get 700+. Having a third subject test gives applicants an advantage over other applicant who only give two. If you know you’ll do well in French, go for it!

The math II test is pretty much identical to a high school pre-calc course. My counselor told me this so I decided not to study and got a 680. So make sure to study.

I then took calculus and forgot most of the stuff that was tested on the math II test. But I bought a review book and did three or four practice tests and got an 800.

To sum it up, if you’re willing to take practice tests, go for it.

Math 2 shouldn’t be too hard. Chem would be a little tougher if you didn’t recently take an AP level class, or at least an honors level class. But if you used some prep books I think you could score 700-750
