ben rush, thats one

was phyllis schlafly an answer choice? i forgot what i put, but i dont see brigham young as the obvious answer. besides polygamy, he never spoke out against woman's activism

No, phyliss schalfly wasn't an answer choice.

how much is -17 omit 1 ????

I actually remember phyliss schalfly being an answer choice for something but don't actually remember what lol.

and i'm curious to know what the answer choices were for
2.French + Spanish + Euro – ALLIANCES WITH NATIVES

any response would be nice (:

for the soviet union one...i actually think it might be advanced technology because i know the soviet atomic program was started during the truman administration however, this seems to contradict my opinion. I put army on the test.

"After World War II the Soviet Army had the most powerful land army in history. It had more tanks or artillery than all other countries taken together, more soldiers, and large numbers of greatly experienced commanders and staffs. The British Chiefs of Staff Committee rejected as militarily unfeasible a British contingency plan, Operation Unthinkable,[25] to destroy Stalin's government and drive the Red Army out of Europe." which is form wikipedia, which is cited from the book Stumbling Colossus, University Press of Kansas, by David Glantz, who is an American Military Historian.

although this is a subjective question...idk what the true answer..and i guess we will never find out

The Soviet atomic program started during the middle of World War 2, years before the Truman Administration. The Soviets probably wouldn't have detonated their first weapon in 1949 had they not had extensive espionage of the Manhattan project.

dearsky, i think the answer to number two was actually the one that said each had their own agenda or something like that (a. i think?). while the french did form trade alliances along the rivers, the spanish were quick to draw blood with the indians and incorporate them into their empire, while the english went from an initially friendly relationship to a more conflicted one (warfare, etc.)

its good to hear that schlafly was at least an answer choice for a question; im hoping it was the one with young and rush in it because i definitely didnt have brigham young as an answer.

Amsco:

"The various nations that colonized North and South America used a variety of approaches for controlling or subjugating Native Americans. The Spanish approach was to conquer, rule and intermarry with the Aztecs, Mayas and Incas. The English, on the other hand, occupied the land and forced the small tribes to move away from the coast to inland territories. The French tended to treat the Native Americans as economic and military allies...In general, Europeans of all nationalities viewed Native Americans as inferiors who could be exploited for economic, political and religious gain."

ooohh okay thank you mattw09. ahhh, it sucks to read about questions that are so subjective and always wondering if you got them right or wrong... or even forgetting what you put down. so frustrating and makes me worry ): but i guess all i can do is wait for my score!

and yeah, i remember phylis schalfy as being the answer choice a or something? i think it was a. but i remember because i have no idea who that person is and i was thinking what an odd name... sounds like shoo fly. lol. yeah (:

but btw, does anyone remember the other answer choices for the soviet union one? there was army, advanced technology, and what else? (:

^land missiles i think

phylis schlafy was not an answer

feel like forever since i took this test ha
