SAT II vs. AP

<p>So I took the French SAT II and (much to my surprise) got a 770. I also took the AP test, but I'm expecting about a 3. Will colleges look down upon this discrepancy in grades?</p>

<p>Well, if not for admissions purposes, what about placement? Will they use the lower or higher score?</p>

<p>The scores are equivalent.</p>

<p>A 760 displays a superior understanding of High School French.</p>

<p>A 3 demonstrates an understanding of introductory College French.</p>

<p>No conflict, no problem.</p>
