Hey, I'm taking it tomorrow! Just wondering, is the Barron's book EXTREMELY hard or what? (By the way I'm new here) I took all 9 of the practice tests and the highest I ever got was 750. Then I took 9 of McGraw Hill's tests and I got all 790's and 800's. So which one should I believe?

Oh, and I also stored these programs on my calc:

Angle between 2 lines
Distance
Quadratic formula porgram
Distance between a point and line
Trig identities
Binomial coefficient

Any ideas on what other programs to put in? Or formulas?

If you have the USB cable for your calculator, go to ticalc.org -> archives -> your calculator model -> and then find the SAT_OS...its ABSOLUTELY AMAZING...does everything

I wouldn't worry about it......and i heard barron overpreps you. For example, princeton review never went through distance between a point and a line, angle between 2 lines, or binomial coefficient.

Oh, are you sure? I've been also taking classes where my teacher uses some unknown publisher and I've been getting 800's on those too. I just don't know which score I should believe in. It's also my first time taking a Subject Test so I'm nervous :

The binomial coefficient is one I programmed myself though...

Actually, it was quite intuitive....the solve() function and the system of equation s function is the only part remotely tricky...id give it a try just for the quad form/distance part and the notes on trig....

750 on Barron's? That's actually pretty impressive. Highest I got was like...690. Bwahaha. But then 800 on the real thing. I really wouldn't be that worried if I were you. I ended up ditching Barron's near the end; it was way too frustrating. I think I ended up just going on Sparknotes and doing a couple of those tests instead. Instant ego booster, and free. :9

Yeah, the program is great, but trying to learn it in a day is a really, really bad idea. Speaking from experience. -___-
