SAT International December

“Smells like anise” is the correct answer. Author 2 repeatedly mocked Turin for making claims like these.

And the second author in the acupuncture section would have wanted the claims evaluated for objectivity since according to him, the type of people who get acupuncture are predisposed to believe it’ll work. The ‘fraudulent’ answer is wrong because these people aren’t lying, just experiencing the placebo effect.

So “fradulent” and “evaluate objectivity” are choices for the same question? Can you remember the question? Is it “Author of P2 thought P1 should…?”

yup less than 24 hours! I feel that awful curve is going to hit us bad :(

I think the question was something along the lines of “the author of passage 2 would most likely say the evidence to support acupuncture in passage 1 _______”.

AAAAAAAH! getting the scores on my birthday! :open_mouth: good luck y’all!

Ah man if anise is right then I think I got 5 CR wrong:(
Hurts. I think I killed the math and writing though. Pretty confident I got 2250+ but hoping for 2300

Anyone know exactly what time the results will be out?

5 AM EST
It’s officially 8 AM EST but they’re usually posted by 5.

Hey guys.
I’m a student from Egypt and unfortunately after a slow 3 weeks my scores got delayed (a 5 week delay) resulting in more frustration and endless waiting. However, I would like if some of you (if you don’t mind) share your scores and the breakdowns (preferably mentioning how many you got wrong on each and what not) so I can get an estimation of the curve and of how high my score would be. I would really appreciate anyone who decides to share to tame my curiosity.

Ps; I have heard that score delay is usually caused by a significant raise that results in inevitable suspicion and possible regrading, is that true? Is this why CB delayed my score and a bunch of others? And did this every happen to you guys?
Thank you in advance. You’re all my favorite nerds.

8 hours left!! :S

So this time CB not only delays the scores of Chinese students?

@TohsakaRin‌ Yup, almost all Egyptian students as well.

@TohsakaRin‌ oh and some Saudis. This sucks.

Mine are out! Cr: 730 M: 770 W: 660.

I’m not too annoyed about the low writing score since it’s supposedly less important. 1500 CR+M, Woohoo!

Edit: For he guy asking about the curve, it seems 1 wrong for maths = 770. I have no idea how many I got wrong for CR, I just know I left 1 blank.

GUYS!
HELP! HELP! HELP!

My November scores were CR:740 M:760 W:700

And in December I got CR:570 M:800 W:680

i know this is weird but I took the December one simply because I already had a registration and I was annoyed because of my previous math score.

So now I have no idea what to do with these scores. Will I be at a disadvantage if I send these score to colleges? or will they just either superscore or look at the best sitting???

I’ve heard that they won’t know if I don’t send them all the scores even if required but I don’t want to do it unless my December scores will lower my chances of admission.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on the schools. Some of them will superscore and some of them will require you to send all the scores. Be correct and do what the school says.

2090 - CR-700 M-770 W-620
the writing score :(

@lostint‌ woah, those are amazing scores! Whats your essay score? Where are you from?
@bantzking your overall score is pretty good, don’t be sad. Is it the essay that brought you done?

Down* wth. Lol.

@FaithElamin‌ You can still see your cr and math scores even if your score is delayed.
