@magenta But the question was specifically asking which answer is most like Eno leaving and going to other countries. Hence, the recycling person holding workshops in other states. Don’t ask people to respond to your post if you don’t like what they have to say. I think we’ve all arrived at a consensus that it was the recycling.

@000 yes the answer to the teo define the words in the passage photography was progression and depends on

@desigirl I can’t seem to find the last 4-5 missing questions. At this point, I think the other list is much better, considering that it’s numbered and everything.

@silveralpaca

I am fine with what others have to say, I would just like to see what everyone’s reasoning is. On a side note, consensus isn’t always correct.

also was it description of a finding for the half century in biological clocks? also, for the traffic question, could there have been like “what is the main purpose or something” or am i making it up?

Although I don’t want to engage in any debate, I will say this: you are extrapolating the text too much. When a passage reads, “he was a successful physicist,” readers cannot assume that “since he was a physicist, he must also have been knowledgeable in other scientific fields such as biology, chemistry, and many others.”

The CR questions are usually very straightforward – they must be – in order to minimize the subjectivity of literature. Readers must not extrapolate information as they do in analyzing literature in English classes.

But that’s exactly my point. The traffic engineer’s job was traffic not social engineering, yet he taught it anyway. Similarly, the energy guy’s job was energy, not science yet he did it anyway.

I’m sorry guys. But I agree with magentas analysis. It SPECIFICALLY ASKED about te line numbers talking social engineering. A teacher coming from a government is the difference implied. The rest do not hold the relationship of going to another field. You all are seriously disregarding that line reference which is important.

Can someone compile a complete list? I really wanna find out what I got. How many questions did we remember? Hopefully it’s close to 67.

I concur Jeffery. Does anyone remember the question with the answer progression? And Jeffery, what did you put for the methodology/philosophy question?

For the question dealing with the comparison of the two photography passages… shouldn’t the answer have been : the first was positive medium, whle passage two had certain reservations. The first passage was talking about how one can use the camera to change perception and as a powerful tool. The second talked about how it can be used like as explained in passage one, but it should be used with integrity and should not distort the people’s true motives… Would that not qualify as a reservation?

OMG I think you’re right. It said a positive medium and reservations not methodology.

@Divy

At least someone thought about it the way I did. Although the chances seem slim that we are right, I do believe that we have some sound thinking. Time will tell.

I don’t think I remember that question.

I honestly think it was just a simple question with some people taking it too seriously ._.

The answer was very straightforward. The trafic engineer’s job was primarily, and I say primarily, to introduce and formulate traffic laws in other countries (due to the lack of traffic laws in those countries)

Similarly, the recycling man is holding workshops to spread his ideas and introduce recycling to those who lack those specific recycling skills/regulations.

@000ooo000ooo Yes it did indeed say positive medium. That is what I put down. I really hate how we can’t edit previous posts to indicate a change of mind.

@000ooo000ooo

I am over 100% sure that I narrowed it down to two choices. Choice A for me was Passage 1 talked about a methodology while passage 2 actually utilized it/experimented with it. Choice B was that Passage 1 talked about a philosophy and passage 2 examined it in detail.

For some reason I thought the energy guy was separate from the science teacher option. I thought he went to other countries to help with energy…I thought I chose the energy answer, but I’m sure I got it right. I was positive at the time of whatever I chose, maybe I remember incorrectly.

Agree with magenta about Photography #24. The whole test I was thinking about that one though -.-

@Jimmy,

I’m pretty sure it asked about the situation presented in those lines specifically.

I think I said a methodology because passage two did exactly that. Whereas it didn’t just TALK about it, that passage put it in action. But those were my two as well. And I am actually surprised that the comparison question went the oter way I thought it was relatively easy because the line referenced the social engineering that he did not the traffic engineering.

I may not remember correctly, but there was definitely something dubious about the science teacher answer choice that caused people to pick the recycling option. (inconsistency with energy/science? I honestly don’t remember this question too vividly)

I think peoples’ memories are beginning to fail them, myself included. With that said, the debates are definitely going to be more partial.
