we should seriously talk about the writing section or is there any thread for writing?

Last post I promise.

Does 4 mistakes in critical reading and 1 math (dumb**** mistake) and a great writing score sound possible for a 2300?

I hate dumb mistakes. 3 of the dumbest mistakes in CR (i chose defensive instead of docile; i chose humbuggery instead of quackery; i accidentally circled apprehensive for the graveyard lady’s mood) and 1 of the biggest and baddest mistakes in math (misread j and k as diameters instead of radii)

@Jimmy: Yes(:

I chose defensive as well. I still don’t see why it is wrong but apparently everyone seems to agree that it was docile.

Let’s see…
Math: -1 MC, -1 Grid
Writing: -1 MC, 10 Essay
CR: -6
Score?

is -12~15 possible for 600~630?

-12 is possible for low 600s…15 OTOH is not i think…

erikthered

EDIT: CR raw of 52/67 appears to be 630-650 dependent on difficulty!

Can anyone estimate my score?see post 1065 =D
Lets try to figure out what we got!

@Robins:

~790 M
~770 W
~730 R

= 2290
GJ!

no way -1math mc and 1 grid in is 790… i wish.

Plus I may have missed 7 cr

Well then, let me give it a shot too:
CR: Probably gonna be -2 or -3 Depends on how those debates are resolved.
Math: 0 (Unless I messed up on some easy problem)
Writing: MC -3, I have no idea how I did on my essay >.< 10 hopefully(:

Angel: CR = 800, Math, idk but I would assume 1 wrong to be safe… check the math thread! but if -0, obvs 800, WRITING = 740-760

lets say 2350

Yeah, I went through the math thread, but I’ll agree with that -1 to be safe xD
2350 looks too good though. Guess all I can do is wait and see.

why was the answer inclusive/selection instead of comprehensive/drudgery? i’m still looking for a good explanation. it would be very helpful if someone actually remembers what the sentence said.

@Angel would you let me know the address of math thread? (and also writing thread if there is one)

I really have no idea. I went in overconfident and thought I’d get about 2350 when I walked out of there. After coming on here, there are consensus that disagree with my answers, but I still am in denial and can support all of them. ****.

These two don’t really have compiled lists either:

@ARobins: Yeah, I feel you. I’m sure you did well though(:

What was the question with an answer like “objective and instructive,” and from what passage? Did another answer choice have the word “inquisitive”?

What do you guys think my score will be
CR: I know for a fact I got two wrong, but I may have gotten four or five wrong total depending on how the consensus shifts
Math: -1MC -1Fill In
Writing: -1MC 10-12 Essay Easily

@SRhett
That was the biological clock passage. The answer is objective and instructive as agreed on by myself and multiple others here. Yes, another answer choice has concerned and inquisitve in it.
