Hi Waitwhatss, I would recommend just doing practice problems and tests as much as possible. Just remember you do not have to be a math wiz to excel at the test you just need to be able to answer the types of questions they as quickly. Go over all the practice questions you can find and try and identify which variety of problem (e.g., word, substitution) causes you trouble and focus on studying those in particular.
Here are a few example no calculator questions to get you started:

Drill multiplication tables through 14, squares of integers through 16, powers of small integers (e.g., through 2^8, 3^4, etc.), decimal equivalents of common fractions.
These are mostly elementary school arithmetic topics, but if you memorize 256=2^8, 0.625= 5/8, and 14^2=196, you will have more time to work on the real math.
Always divide before you multiply: keep numbers small.
For example, to calculate (132/5)x(10/12), first cancel common factors, then multiply.
So you do 132/12=11, 10/5=2, 2x11=22
instead of 132x10= 1320, 5x12=60, 1320/60 = ??
