SAT Math prime number question

The number 1 is considered a prime number on the SAT right?

A prime number is a number divisible for itself and for 1, so 1 is prime number.

No! One is NOT a prime number!
Prime numbers must be greater than 1.

^ I know, but what does the Collegeboard consider 1? That’s all I really care about lol.

1 is not prime on the sat

1 is neither prime nor composite. It’s the only non-categorized positive integer.

^Said it all.

xD

For the 2010-11 SAT season, 1 will no longer be considered an odd number. Except on Level 2 math.

Where did you get that?

From my head. I may have misheard of course. :)

What? Then its a load of ********.

Okay that odd number thing doesn’t make any sense but one is NOT a prime number, i’ve looked it up and ive seen it used as a trick answer on the SAT in one of the practice tests on the bluebook

Also, the number pi is to be redefined as exactly 3 on the SAT. This will be much more convenient for everybody involved.

^I have also heard that all the CR passages that pertain to science will be removed and replaced by biblical passages.

^^ and if you get to the testing center at 7AM instead of 7:45, it’s an automatic 2400. This will be much more convenient for everybody involved.
