SAT May 2012 score are up!!!

yeah, I realize that’s where it should be… apparently a lot of other people can’t see it either, so I wonder if CB only shows certain people? or it’s something extra you have to buy? I’ve pretty much scoured the site trying to find it and can’t. ahh, well…

720 Reading 790 Math 790 Writing - 2300 - WOOT!!!

Congrats everyone!

GUYS GUYS GUYS!!!

I got a 2320!!!

800 cr
800 m
720 w (that 8 essay… smh :/)

But I improved my reading so much from October! My first time I got 580 cr/780 m/740 w.

I’m so mad that I couldn’t get a higher score on writing since I thought my essay was actually really good and the multiple choice not that bad. But oh well! 2340 superscore  so excited!

March: 680 math, 650 (10) writing, 590 reading (1920)
May: 740 math, 650 (10) writing, 580 reading (1970)
A little disappointing how I only went up in math and my superscore is 20 points short of a 2000 :frowning: if my act superscore turned out to be 31 composite, 35 english, 34 math, 30 science, 25 reading, 8 essay, would it be a better idea to send that?

2350!!!

800 CR
800 M
750 W (78 MC, 8 essay)

That essay. =( Trying to decide if I should retake, because I really feel like I could get an 800 on writing next time if I practice some more. Pretty good, though, considering I didn’t study at all until the night before (and only an hour or so then), and I haven’t taken them since middle school. I want to retake, but my mom doesn’t think I should. =/

Guys that got above 750s, do you review the math, cr, writing section after finishing it? Or do you not have time… Because I got slightly below a 700 in math and I didn’t review, while I was thinking I’ve got everything correct. Just want to know if next time I should go through the section faster to allow time for reviewing.

Ccuser001: As I go through, I usually circle questions I’m unsure of, then go back and review them at the end. If I still have time after reviewing the circled questions, then I just go through and review all the other questions. I do this particularly thoroughly on math sections, where I’m most likely to make stupid mistakes, and in particular on grid-ins.

And, does it ever happen to you that the critical reading questions can have two answers, despite your wholehearted attempts to distinguish between them, doesn’t it ever happen to you that with all your logic, you choose an answer and it ends up wrong (esp. on the tone and inference questions). It’s really bothering and the problem is you don’t learn anything when you look at the answers because there is no way to learn how to get into the testmakers’ minds (i don’t believe it). We think differently, and several times, I feel like my choice is also correct after finding the answer. For me, that section is my nemesis (i got a 570 in it). ??!!!
