SAT or ACT: Which one is better?

OK i just recently took the ACT and now I have a score for the SAT, ACT, and PSAT:

SAT: 2050 (M - 730 / R - 620 / W - 700 (Essay: 11))
PSAT: 202 (M - 73 / R - 67 / W - 62)
ACT: 31 (Math - 32 / Reading - 30 / Science - 28 / English - 33)

The one thing for the ACT is that I got a 31 on my first attempt without studying, so maybe if I study I can improve the score (I am a sophmore).

With these scores, would you guys recommend I do SAT or ACT? Is my SAT/PSAT or ACT score better? Also, can you guys post which test you prefer to take and why?

See the SAT-ACT Concordance table: http://www.act.org/solutions/college-career-readiness/compare-act-sat/

Your scores are essentially the same. If you can boost the ACT higher, you should be in good shape. TCA or some of the pinned topics here can give you more on how to boost those scores, at least for the SAT.
