sat or act

<p>i got a 1900 (M-650, W-650, R-600) on my sat and a 28 (M-29, E-27, R-27, S-28, W-27) on my act.
i know they're bad, but i guess i'll have to wish for the best.
so which one should i submit for college? sat/act or both?
any help will be appreciated!</p>

<p>oh and for sats, i'm in the mid-80s percentile, but for acts, i'm at 91 (dunno if colleges look at percentiles).</p>

<p>I say a 27 looks better, but your two scores aren’t much different from each other. Keep trying! Or if you’re unable to, send both.</p>
