I took SAT and ACT and I sent both of them to my college. But my SAT score is worse. Will they just look my ACT score?

If you sent both, they are going to see both.
Depending upon the colleges are you are targeting, you really only have to send your ACT or SAT, not both. Since you have already sent both ACT and SAT scores, the schools will consider both. UC’s will look at the highest ACT or SAT from a single sitting. For other California colleges, it will depend upon their test score policy.

Changing your email will not make a difference. What is done is done and no way to undo it.
CSUs super score like tests (i.e. multiple ACT, multiple new SAT, multiple old SAT) and then use the best one in its formula.
Oops @ucbalumnus is correct that CSU’s superscore. UC’s will use the highest score from a single sitting.
