SAT Physics or Chem? + suggestions for physics preparation?

I’m a rising senior and I’ve already taken SAT Math 2 and Chem (both 800s) but I’m considering putting my intended major as physics or some type of engineering for college apps… also being a physics teaching assistant and taking physics C next year might show I’m interested. I plan on applying to MIT, Princeton engineering maybe, a few other Ivy league schools, CalTech, maybe Berkeley, Duke, and an in-state school as a safety. I’m not really that interested in chemistry, especially in college, but I took it in June because I took AP chem this year.

I’ve taken a physics course at my school that covers about 70% of AP physics 1 and 2 material, but it’s not specifically aimed at AP test preparation.
Anyway, would it be beneficial to study for the physics subject test material over the summer and take it in October? any test book suggestions? I am doing research for 8 hours a day during the week for most of the summer but I should be able to squeeze in 2-4 hours of SAT studying a day and more on weekends.

@loltired Physics curve is the best of the science tests. The Barron’s book is excellent, however rotational motion is not on the test. Be sure to do the released Physics test.
